We get it. Sometimes you change your mind. Sometimes you add one flavour and immediately regret not adding three more.

Sadly, once an order has been processed, we can’t cancel it or make changes. The bottles have already emotionally committed to you.

If the order’s already been processed, though, it might be too late. At that point, the Mogu Mogu is on a journey.

Returns (deep breath)

Short answer: nope, sorry!

All purchases made directly on our website are final sale. Once the chew is involved, there’s no going back.

If something’s gone wrong or you’re genuinely stuck, email sales@drinkmogumogu.co.uk and we’ll see what we can do.

The chewy questions

Mogu Mogu is a refreshingly tasty, fruity drink with chewy pieces of nata de coco (also known as coconut jelly) floating around inside.

It’s made to be sipped and chewed, which is where things get interesting

Those are nata de coco. Soft, bouncy, jelly-like cubes made from fermented coconut water, naturally rich in sugars and nutrients.

These little cubes just love absorbing the flavours around them so they're a perfect match for sweet tasting, flavoursome drinks like Mogu Mogu.

They're tasty, chewy and help keep Mogu Mogu cooler for longer (like little ice cubes that don't melt).

The Mogu Mogu team loved them so much they even inspired the shape of Mogu Mogu's head.

Mogu Mogu comes from an idyllic tropical paradise, surrounded by lush greenery and coconut trees (but nobody really knows where!).

Yes, it’s vegan – we want everyone to enjoy Mogu Mogu! We’ve heard rumours that some people would do anything for a Mogu Mogu, but rest assured, no animals were involved, consulted, or even mildly inconvenienced in the making of this drink.

Yes, absolutely.

Just like the vegan answer, but with even fewer vegetables asking questions.

Yes, Mogu Mogu is halal certified.

We accept:

Basically, if the Gumi Gumi crew recognises it as a normal way to pay online, you’re good to go.

Spend £20 or more (after discounts, excluding delivery) and you’ll get free standard shipping. Nice.
Spend £30 or more (after discounts, excluding delivery) and you’ll get free standard shipping plus 10% off your order. Even nicer.

The 10% discount is applied automatically at checkout, so there’s no secret code to remember or accidentally forget.

A few important-but-boring bits (we’ll be quick):

These offers apply to standard shipping only
They’re available for UK deliveries, unless we say otherwise
They can’t be combined with other promotions or discount codes (no stacking the chaos)
We may amend, suspend or withdraw these offers at any time, because that’s how offers work

One last thing:

If you return part of your order and the remaining value drops below the qualifying spend, the free shipping and/or discount may be removed too. Fair’s fair.

Shipping / Tracking

The Gumi Gumis are working very hard to keep up with demand from the UK alone.

They need rest and play time too, or else they lose happiness, but if you are trying to order Mogu Mogu for delivery to a different country - try Mogu Mogu central - you can contact us and we’ll see what the Gumi Gumis can do for you.

As soon as your order is packed by the Gumi Gumis, ready, and feeling confident, we’ll email you with tracking details so you can follow its journey like a proud (and slightly impatient) parent.

Usually up to 5 business days.

If it’s been longer than that and your Mogu Mogu has gone suspiciously quiet, email sales@drinkmogumogu.com and we’ll help track it down.

First things first: don’t panic.

Give it up to 5 business days from the delivery date. Sometimes Mogu Mogu parcels like to play hide and seek.

If it still hasn’t turned up, email sales@drinkmogumogu.com and Gumi Gumi will investigate properly.

Oh no. Not ideal.

If delivery fails, your order may be returned to sender. If that happens, email sales@drinkmogumogu.com and we’ll work out the next steps together.
